J & S Excavating Inc was founded in 1993 by John Schwinghammer and Jim Senkyr. Their first piece of equipment was a rubber tire backhoe and a single-axle dump truck. In 1998 they bought the first excavator. A few years later in 2003, they built a shop south of St. Augusta where we are still currently located today. Since then we have been proudly serving local customers.
